Not only does Monarch’s lightweight construction deliver a silky smooth ride, but thanks to a redesigned Solo Air spring with updated damping controls, it also delivers the spring stiffness you’d normally only get from a much heavier shock. That way, you get a strong, fully adjustable shock capable of smoothing out the most aggressive trails while saving you weight for epic cross-country riding. The Monarch RT3 features external rebound and 3-position compression adjustment (Open/Pedal/Lock).

Sag Gradients: Properly adjusted sag is the most important suspension adjustment, so why adjust it with a ruler, rubber band, or other handy tools? With the appearance of the sega scale on the shock absorber rod or fork leg, it became easier, simpler and more accurate.

Solo Air: incredibly reliable air spring. The positive and negative chambers are simultaneously filled with the same amount of air through a single valve, which simplifies suspension setup, which reduces weight and improves performance compared to Dual Air.

DebonAir: A lightweight air spring with extensive adjustability, designed to provide a consistent spring coil feel throughout the travel, effortlessly absorbing the smallest shocks and tracking the smallest changes on the trail.

RT3 shocks feature external rebound and 3-position compression control (open/pedal/lockout), Solo Air allows air to be added to the shock via a single Schroeder valve while simultaneously filling both the positive and negative air chambers of the spring. It gives you a soft, predictable ride that you can adjust in seconds, with the lightest air spring on the market.
Quick recovery allows the shock to recover more quickly between successive impacts, allowing the wheel to grip with greater precision.
